This is a compatibility patch for the mods Furniture Owner by Iggdrasil7 and Sleep Or Save by Loganbacca to allow both to work in the same game.
If you are like me, and have tried to use these two mods in conjunction, you will have noticed that you cannot use the Furniture Marker to designate your personal bed, as Sleep or Save overwrites the R) prompt.
This is a very, very basic mod that simply has Sleep or Save's perk check to see if the player has the Furniture Owner perk, which is dynamically equipped on and off when equipping/unequipping the Furniture Marker. This allows both functions to exist in the game - you can save at beds, and if you have the Furniture Marker equipped, you can change the permission levels.
