instal:
1:unzip rar to fallout 4 data folder

2:make changes to your fallout4.ini inside C:\Users\YOURUSENAMEHERE\Documents\My Games\Fallout4

find the line
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\

make it look like this

sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, textures\, meshes\
