Fixes the flamer and plasma flamer not doing any damage after their first shot, or 'burst' rather, in VATS.

You'd think that Bethesda would have noticed and fixed something like this by now, right? (har har har har) When you use the Flamer or Plasma Flamer in VATS, only your first shot will deal any damage. After that initial burst, it deals no damage and weirdly at the same time, uses no ammo. Made this simple mod which removes certain keywords that caused the bug with FO4Edit.
Compatibility:
Probably not compatible with any mod that changes the Flamer's stats and/or the 'flamer barrel' object modification for the plasma rifle.
Otherwise, you're good to go!
