Hello, I love this apartment however I'm getting a lot of missing textures, purple items which I assume are the custom assets you made for the apartment, I only want the apartment only and I cant figure out what I'm doing wrong, I've redownloaded 3 times, tried 2k and 4k and with and without the patch IDK what to do

after some testing I only have missing textures when using apartment only patch, I have followed instructions when installing this, I've been using mod organizer for the most part and have tried both replace and merge options and they both give missing textures, I then tried manual instillation and still got the missing textures, is there a way to check the apartment only patch for missing textures?

A bit late but did you remember to download both the main mod and the apartment-only patch? The apartment-only patch is not standalone but requires the main mod. You install the main mod and then overwrite it with the apartment only one.

Added two pics to show what really sold the place for me - the bay window doesn't just show night & day, but also the weather outside, such as the radstorm colours and its lightning flashes (and you faintly hear it all too).

Having tried possibly all Goodneighbor mods while building/testing a loadout for my 2nd playthru, this is my favourite in terms of town-overhaul. I find others do too much and/or get rid of the steam vents. The home is nice without being overdone, has small workbenches & storage. The bed with the daylight-reacting windows is an absolutely lovely, welcoming sight. It feels like a real place, and somewhere you want to spend the night.

I wish the shower fixed rads, and the nonfunctional chair by the computer half-blocks the narrow corridor. There's a pointless 2nd static power armour & stand on the already small landing. There don't seem to be idle markers(?) but there's hardly room for companions and if not using as a main home, it's not important. The escape tunnel's an unexpected bonus - don't know how much I'd use it but it's easy egress to a corner of Downtown. Endorsed.

P.S. For anyone considering a load-out with the Atlantic Offices mod from OPC patch collection - Nai's mod has to go above that one.

There are a few idle markers, but only two or three, the place is cramped so wasn't much room, and since you can't send companions to live there they only need them while you hang around anyways. The shower doesn't remove rads, but does give a small, short, charisma bonus instead. Thanks for the nice comment and endorsement, glad you enjoy the mod :)

And thank you for sharing it! The mod's a keeper for sure. Btw I'm using your potato graphics option and it still looks very nice to me.

Maybe it's just my messed up game but I seem to crash in the apartment near the upstairs refrigerator. Wanted to know if anyone else might have had this issue.
    Thanks
PS. I do see a post here from Yuser who experienced something like what I have. I also am using the 2K version.

Very late suggestion but you could download the potato version and merely swap out your 2k texture ba2 file for the potato's one. See if it fixes your issue. Other than that I'd guess another Goodneighbor mod, or a weather/sound mod, but it could be anything.

Recently added this to one of my playthroughs but unfortunately it seems like the staircase to the apartment is glitched? There's two sets of stairs and the player can't fit past the hitbox. I'm not using any other Goodneighbor altering mods other than RedRocketTVs house over by the two warehouses.
Dunno if it's just me or if I did something wrong! Any help would be appreciated!

Both RRTV and I redid precombines for our mods, so they are incompatible, unfortunately. You will have to choose! Mods that edit Goodneighbor are hard to patch together (same with Diamond City, though less so since that has multiple cells), it was my motivation for making one because trying to patch other ones I liked together for a full Goodneighbor overall proved too frustrating.

No hard feelings for either way though, I sometimes use his over mine, and he sometimes uses mine over his depending on the playthrough. x)

Love the look of this, may definitely switch it in for my next playthrough. Variety is the spice of life and all that!

One question though, is the apartment free? If it is, any chance you could make it cost some money or have us steal the key somewhere or so? I just dislike getting too much stuff for free in the game, it's not like caps are an issue after all. :) (The overhaul I'm using right now adds a free apartment, so my character spends "all" their caps sleeping at the Rexford instead. :P )

Yeah I second this. Having the best apartment in the game just kind of available to you without doing anything is not only immersion breaking but also kind of overpowered.
For now I'm just not using the apartment, but I really am enjoying the additions to Goodneighbor in general. Especially since this seems to be the only overhaul of that location that's not broken in some way.

I am kinda flattered you think it's "the best apartment in the game", tbh, haha.

It is free right now. There are some fixes and optimizations that are on a list to do, and RedRocketTV offered to show me how he tied it into Daisy's library errand for when I get around to doing those. There will eventually be updates that change this, but I can't give a time when. I'm a parent, and this is a hobby, and I have a bad habit of taking on too many projects at once so I am always swamped haha. For now you can headcanon it so that you only enter the Apartment after you finish Daisy's errand, or The Big Dig (I've not decided which quest I am tying it too).

Do some quests, make friends with Handcock, drop a 1000 caps outside the door and call it a day my dude.

Clutter! I love the clutter! Reminds me of my old apartment <3 Trying to get the apartment only patch and Better Goodneighbor to play nice, but for now they aren't causing problems with each other, so that's fine lol. Just a couple clippings and the bank robot wall being covered, but your mod is worth it! Definitely one of the best apartment mods, if not THE best.  Thanks so much for this <3
