The cleaned version works SO much better as a full fledged settlement. ANYONE who can load up the CK and watch a YouTube Video OR read this PDF file (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/32193) can update this mod themselves in about fifteen minutes. Duplicating the camera effect activator already in the cell twice and switching the BASE of these duplicates to DefaultEmptyTrigger and WorkshopSetOwnedTrigger took seconds. (Then resized just the defaultemptytrigger to fully take in the bottom floor.) Used the XmarkerHeadings already in the cell for Spawn and Center and only added ONE for my fast travel marker from the Map Marker I added to Goodneighbor. Undeleted my favorite sleeping beauties upstairs (No idea why they needed to go) and gave Fahrenheit her very own push-up marker that she just LOVES!
(Still need to get rid of the LIGHT reference in the attic which was left behind, but besides that EVERYTHING works very well in full Workshop Mode.
Had same issue. Went through my load order and found another settlement mod had loaded after this one. Changed it so this was last. Now works perfectly. All junk removed except for a couple of display cases in main hall by stairwell. All other rooms are empty except Hancock's office. You can scrap everything in there except his terminal and a tv in the corner. Hope this works for you. I'm having a lot of fun with it.
Had trouble with this mod at first. Finally figured out it was a problem with my load order. This mod now works GREAT. Exactly what I wanted. Having so much fun decking out the statehouse. Anyone who thinks Hancock deserves better digs should try this out.
This is a really neat mod--downloaded the Clean version myself. I love having a workshop all ready to go, too. Unfortunately, I am unable to place any items that I build. They are all outlined in red. Does anyone else get a similar issue?
I'm terrible at building, but I've tried my hand at furnishing this place to no avail... Is there any possibility of you uploading your own redesign of the Old State House? I saw your video and fell in love instantly but can't figure out out to replicate that, lol

Thank you so very much for sharing!
But thanks anyway.
