Open both skeletons in NIFSKOPE, copy branch from "neck" and paste it in the corresponding node in the Bodytalk skeleton. Delete the Bodytalk neck branch. Check for errors and sanitize.
Can you make a detailed explanation how and which neck because I could see multiple necks; one is called "CME Neck" and when drop down there's another Neck called just "Neck" with drop down from it; another neck also just "Neck". And where do I copy branch paste them specifically? Do I have to delete the original Heel's Skeleton Neck and paste the branch in its place? Because when I tried that the neck is still the same but head is now a lot larger like a bobblehead.
If you could, could you make a patch for "closer to vanilla" and share it (for everyone who lacks the skills to do nifskope edits) I would be grateful. English is not my main language I hope what I said can be understood.
You need something like Discrete Female Skeleton (which might entail tweaking folder structure, not sure as I haven't checked) if you want it to only affect woman (N)PC's. Not a problem of this mod, just how Beth setup skeletons IIRC.

Also instead of GSS now I use DFS (discrete female skeleton) we do not need reconfig before lauching a new game
i think i'm having a compatibility issue with something, i'm not sure what it is but my neck seems sunkeen, anyone has a idea of what mod can cause this?
Okay, so I'm having a problem. I can't get the mod to only change my characters look, it also changes all female npc's in the game. I tried RaceCustomizer and even with the Exclusive Player Body, it doesn't seem to work. Is there something I'm missing?
