When you playing with awesome Unbogus Fallout Overhaul by EthicalLune game becomes much more hardcore and interesting until you reach character lvl 30-40, this patch aims to provide the same game play experience on all character levels by adding compatibility to awesome NPC Level Scaling mod by Genamine.
For better balance and less bullet sponges I recommend to use 1.5 outgoing damage multiplier and 1.0 incoming damage multiplier inside MCM NPC Level Scaling menu.
