I dont think that adding scrapper and other misselenious perks like cap collector or local leader, it would be too op and you would have nothing to spare your perk points on
So for all the folks confused about where the text file is, you need to open the .rar file with winrar. that's why it isn't working. Mister creator, if you could make it a .zip file, that'd be great.
Damn it to hell! I have a lvl 62 character with maxed out Armorer, Gun nut, Science, but I refuse to put 4 points into Pickpocket and Blacksmith just to mod Operators heavy chest piece. What the hell does pickpocket have to do with modding heavy armor ffs!
Would it be hard to modify the batch file to give these perks instead ?
Thank you for this mod. I already had these three maxed out, but for some reason, none of the crafting workshops would register that I did. It was a very annoying glitch. This mod fixed that for me.
You dont need to make it a bat file. Have you copied the craftingperks.txt file to your fallout 4 directory with the location where the fallout4.exe is? After that load up fallout 4, load your game, open console with ` and type "bat craftingperks" without quotation marks. If it doesn't work tell me what the console says.
You probably didn't put it in the right place, it goes in the file before you hit data, which is the same folder the game.exe is found in. If its already in there, then idk
Like the description page says..................in your main Fallout 4 Directory. It's the one with the Fallout 4.exe icon in it. Mine (Windows 10/SSD/HDD/Steam installed) is located at:
E:/Program Files/Steam/steamapps/common/Fallout 4
If you installed via Steam yours is more likely at: C:/Program Files(x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Fallout 4
That's not what it said. It says to put it where the .ini file is which is located in a different folder. The correct place is the path way that you provided but he needs to update his description to .exe NOT .ini
