If I Stand Alone, Do I Park Alone? Here are 6 standalone settlements for commonwealth. They have nothing in common, except one tiny thing. Please enjoy!

TO PARK IS TO SETTLE
This release contains 6 external standalone settlement sites in the game. They are vanilla player settlement sites, meaning there is no need for other MOD's or any of the DLC's. These are standalone settlements and have nothing in common with each other except one tiny thing.
There should be no mismatch with other MOD's, apart from those that also affect same areas of course. In this batch I suggest to pay very close attention to overlapping MOD's, like Quincy Parking, as I know there is a MOD for Quincy settlement, but don't know if it overlaps my MOD.
I also highly recommend using some of the wonderful building MOD's, like Homemaker e.g. I do so myself.
Haymarket Parking Settlement, (HaymarketParkingSettlement.esp),
is situated on a slightly terraformed area close to Haymarket.
Kendal Hospital Parking Settlement, (KendalHospitalParking.esp),
is as the name tells a fun urban area to build a settlement.
Mass Bay Medical Center Parking Settlement, (MassBayMedicalCenterParking.esp),
takes on the restless area close to Mass Bay Medical Center. Be careful out there!
MED-TEK Research Parking Settlement, (MED-TEK-Settlement.esp),
is a nice place to settle with couple added houses and area easy to defend.
Lynn Pier Parking Settlement, (LynnPierParkingSettlement.esp),
is in a vacant area with very good road connections.
Quincy Parking Settlement, (QuincyParkingSettlement.esp),
is, apart from the parking building, more on the side of Quincy than the actual Quincy itself.
This is NOT a game save!
Installing these mods couldn't be any simpler: just copy the *.esp files from where you unzipped them into your Fallout4/Data -folder!
These MODs are totally vanilla, so only Fallout 4 is needed. As of now, these MOD's works fine on my PC, but I have not tested them on other PC's. This means that you might find bugs. Please inform me of those, and I'll do my best to fix them!
NOTICE: I hate making borders, so these External Settlements don't have them. If this is a deal breaker for you, then maybe you want to make those borders?
Cautionary Mention: Most of the builds seen in pictures are only examples, they do not exists in MOD's!
ps. I just mention something you all already know: There is no MUST to install all 6 settlements. These settlements are purely standalone settlements and you can use any number of them from 1 to 6.
