I see that this and the other mods by this author have been abandoned for years, it's a shame, I wanted to use this one and another one that adds 10 settlements but from what I see it doesn't work well with prp 74, I wish someone could make patches for them 😓
Unfortunately PRP also seems to block the new settlement locations from working properly. I can claim the settlements as normal and even recruit settlers and set them to do supply lines from the new settlements, but I can't send settlers to the new settlements or set settlers to run supply lines TO the new settlements. But loading this AFTER PRP makes everything start working but borks culling in the areas around the settlements.
Try using 'Apply Filter to Show Conflicts' in Fo4Edit, to see what PRP is overwriting. Sounds like it may the the location keywords. If so, you can create a new patch that goes after PRP to forward the critical missing info.
Would it be possible to know what your solution was? Or if there was some patch or method that you used? I also use PRP. I have not claimed any settlement but I would not like to experience any failures when I do. 🤔

Maintenant, j'ai construit une bonne défense, je vais l'utiliser comme une maison personnelle, mais je ne peux pas en faire une colonie, c'est trop complexe avec des animaux.
i cannot find the Edge of the Glowing Sea workbench. I've checked both storeys of both the decayed skybridges but I don't see it. Is there a local map with the location?
(edit): Never mind, found it. It's pretty inconspicuous though.
For anyone else looking, if you are under the broken overpass, it is on the ground on the SW face of one of the large cement supports to your left (if facing the Glowing Sea on the road).

Would you consider moving the workshop in the forgotten church? It blocks the door from Old Time Religion and just moving it to a different spot would make it completely compatible (to my knowledge)
