This simple ESP adds a brand new pre-war state mansion to your game. I didn't want to put dirty furniture inside, so instead, I put a workbench in there so that the player is free to furnish it with fancy modded stuff. (just use god mode to engage build mode)
Far Harbor Required
It's located near Coastal Cottage, and has its own map marker.
The key is placed on the workbench at the back.
I highly recommend using Place Everywhere to furnish it.
I also recommend a wireless power mod so you don't have to run conduits all over the place.
