When I download the Main File it tells me that it is out of date and the only other file in the Files tab is the loose files. Do I just download those?
downloading this, and going straight to mahkra to test it, super excited! been noticing this annoying oversight in the game since I first started, trying to shoot underneath those frameworks that just happened to be invisible walls. the suffrage ends

Using NMM installed this because it's super easy to check (fridge at the start of the game)
No luck so far.
Played many years with this along 30+ mods no problem.
Kind of puzzled.
Here's what I've seen in med-tek research:
loose = not archive packed, no .esp file, but possibly longer loading of textures within the game.
