This patch allows you to use Winter Overhauls textures, while maintaining Frost's weathers and radiation damage.

So due to the way snow and climate/region data is handled, currently the mod only uses Frost's weathers, not Winter Overhaul's. That means no snow, but you do still get all of Winter Overhaul's textures. I changed the archive's datastructure too, so it should now be NMM download compatible. I'm trying to find a fix for the snow, currently.
This patch DOES NOT fix any inherent texture issues with Frost or Winter Overhaul. It strictly deals with weather, in the least invasive way possible. If the problem you are experiencing isn't directly related to radiation or snow during weather, then it's due to the base mods.

- version 0.55 or better of naugrim04's Frost Survival Simulator
- version .1 or better of MassShep's Winter Overhaul
- Far Harbor

- Install this file directly into your Fallout 4 Data folder.
- Make sure meet the above requirements.
- Activate the mod in your Nexus Mod Manager load order, per the info below.
- Stay frosty.
