   is there a reason why indoor objects result white? I'm pretty sure i'm following the load order.

      Thats an issue with Winter Overhaul. Not much I can do about it.

   Would a similar methodology allow you to strip the weather effects etc. from Winter Overhaul and just leave the textures? Is there a program that is easiest to accomplish this in?

      That is what my patch does, so you're in luck. Due to the way Winter Overhaul categorizes its weather, I currently use Frost's climate settings (overriding WO's).
      
      Just make sure your load order is as stated on the main page of my patch.

   Mod Organizer 2 reports "none of the available installer plugins were able to handle that archive".
   
   I repacked it at a 7zip and it was okay. Unsure what's going on but that's how I fixed it if other people have issues.

      I changed the filestructure and re-uploaded it as a .zip, shouldn't have further issues!
