I made this hotfix because something is causing the patch to inject itself to horizon for no reason (Creating CTD on load or new game). I don't know if Creation kit is doing it or FO4Edit. Only use this if you download the v8.1 patch and getting a CTD on load or a new game.

It Doesn't matter where you put Horizon and/or DTP2, This mod needs to be at the very bottom of the list to work.
Note: This Mod DOES NOT HAVE ANY ASSETS FROM THESE TWO MODS.
