I love this look, so much I had to recreate the look you have in your images. Because I hate clipping I had to remake the outfit from the piece to piece and resize the leather parts, I cant find how you covered your elbows though. Thanks for sharing this and thanks for inspiring me to play a different scavenger style character.
Really like this. I am new to modding so have not yet taught myself retexturing. Right now, I am focusing on storytelling. I have a quest mod that I am working on and this fits the story perfectly for what I want to do. May I use these in the mod -- "Ordo Rigardantoj: Chapter 1"?

I used the Hooded Rags as a base, with layered leather armor pieces. I simply mixed and matched several layer pieces together. Using "Armorsmith Extended", you´re able to wear lots of layered pieces on most armor pieces in the game. It also makes it possible to equip a "wearable sniper rifle" on the back; merely for the looks of it. The layered leather armor pieces are re-colored a tad bit darker; something I did myself a while back, but haven't posted. The mods I´ve used to complete the outfit should be listed at the very bottom of the description page.

If I do remember correctly, it was a mod called "Common Wealth Militia Armory - Assault Rifles" I used at the time. It makes the standard Assault Rifle use components from other weapons in the game; making it look much more interesting in my opinion.
