Dark Hooded Rags
I've been missing a re-texture of the Hooded Rags for a while now, but nothing showed up; so I decided to make one myself.
This re-texture mod changes the colors of the Hooded Rags. The changes are merely cosmetic, and makes no changes to the model itself. There are several different colors to choose from. Works well for a Stalker-type character.
Now, I'm not the best at Photoshop, but I think the final products turned out decent enough.
