I want to use only "Peaceful animals" and so my questions:
1.) WHITCH animals are peaceful if I use the totem? Is there a little overview, a list please?

Animals are animals: bears, deer, dogs, mole rats, etc. Scorpions, swamps, deathclaws and other terrible creatures are creatures, not animals. This is how they are marked by the game itself. In Pip-Boy, in the perk description section, everyone who is affected by the totem taken by the player will be mentioned.
Don't be afraid to check this mod in-game. Feel free to install and play. Removing this mod will not break your save. Just before deleting, it is advisable to put all the totems from your inventory in any box.I see from your question that you will like this mod very much, guaranteed.
FOMOD won't help here, it's a single mod with no options to install. The player himself connects any option directly in the game.
Are radscorpions included in the list of animals that become friendly to you? I've tried the "Sympathy of Commonhealth totem" but a few of them attacked me. Unless I have a mod conflict?
The game does not accept the radcorpion either as an animal or as other living beings. They were created separately and therefore I did not include them in the list. Radskorpions attack is not a conflict.
Made mod options for friends. This was enough for friends. I use only the very first option, friendship with animals in my game. As time appears, I will add radcorpions to the list.

Kind of a cool concept and I could totally see this fitting in well with the aspect of a character that lives/survives mostly out away from the main populated areas of a wasteland and has learned to adapt more or become more attune w/nature. I don't know if i'd want to use all the items at once, maybe just the animal and/or animal monster one as i level up my "Whisperer" and Animal Friend perks for more personal immersion. Going to Downlaod this so I can endorse. Great idea
There will be specific faction totems. Maybe we'll think up something else unusual. In the meantime, just not to kill animals that are not to blame for anything is already good.

i find it so ironic that you need to use meat to make items of sympathy. like, that totally defeats the purpose lol
