For anyone using DEF_UI, you don't need this. You can just set Fallout 4\Data\Interface\DEF_CONF\DEF_HUD.xml, find StealthMeter_mc, and set scaleX and scaleY to 0. That will hide the stealth meter.
This mod worked great for me - does exactly what it's supposed to do.
Something I'd like to also remove is when an enemy is out of sight, but I look in their general direction, and the game pops up their name and healthbar (in red of course). Talk about breaking immersion. If I can't see them, I shouldn't see their health bar. Anyone know how to remove that?
It is mod-unaware. If it conflicts with a mod (eg Horizon that you mentioned) then the mod that is loaded last in the load order will win the conflict. I don't have that mod so I can't test it myself.
I've tested this with Horizon and it doesn't. If either breaks Horizon's Icons so that you get weird text around item names or doesn't work at all. Tested with the HUD framework version as well, and it simply doesn't work.
A brilliant mod, which completely changes (improves) the game-play.......particularly in Survival. I have been playing FO4 now for over 7600 hours and this little tweak makes it a whole new ballgame. When used in conjunction with mods which affect the Sneak perk, it gives FO4 a whole new life. One thing I have discovered since installing this is that I am using third-person view far more when moving, so as to keep my situational awareness on "high"! :) Great stuff.....thank you.
I always found the vanilla stealth indicator in FO4 to be a little busted, in that it would start moving when enemies are nearby long before they notice you. Playing without it has made the game a lot more challenging, but in a very enjoyable way. Thank you :)

EDIT: Solved, the mod has an option to hide it itself.
Thank you
