Adds Night Vision Goggles to the game.

How to install:
Extract the content of the archive to the Fallout 4 data folder located in your steam install directory for example: "C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data"
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
To unistall:
Delete the "NightVision" folder located in your Materials,Meshes & Textures folders in your Fallout 4 install directory,
and NightVisionScript.pex, NightVisionLL.pex in your Scripts folder.
