Fixed an issue where you could not swap ammo types if you only had a single type and it wasn't loaded into the gun already.

- Debugged issue with switches not cycling correctly. Fixed the issue and verified the functionality is correct. The switches will now go forward and back perfectly without problems.
- Modified the LOADS error message to better explain the issue with multiple type. The LOADS message did not state that multiple weapons of the same caliber could not swap, just two of the same weapons. However the problem is the caliber, not the weapon . I.E. You could have separate guns of the same caliber in your inventory and the LOADS function will not work.
- Made the script more reliable at telling the player if there is no other types of ammo to switch to.
Version 1.2.4
Performed in Game testing and discovered a bug in the code, some weapons would not switch correctly when you got to the default ammo type. This update fixes the bug and I saw reliable switching for many weapon types including Missles, Plasma, and many ammo types found in Weaponsmith Extended.

BUG_FIX: Fixes major bug in 1.2.1 where ESP was wrong. Also fixes some found script issues related to an in game delay of the player equipping the weapon, which would throw a papyrus error on silently updating the cache.
