cant play the game for now due to hardware problems but does has anyone tested this out with other mods that modify and require perks? the ones i have at the moment are: gun nut, sneak and science 5 master lockpicking and hacking with only level 1 more detailed perk descriptions toughness, refractor and rad resistant buff and the one where a level in toughness can stack clothing/armor bonuses with power armor and the one where a level in scrapper lets you highlight non-looted dead bodies
probably would manage to test it out myself on the weekend
actually the scrapper one is totally fine, with my other perk mods the only ones locked out are VANS,awareness, steady aim and ghoulish
luckily i dont even use these perks so its, the mod probably doesnt actually have much problems with me since im sure two of these have been locked out by my other perk mods before i installed this
Some, all, totally everything, a bit, partial, half, most, majority, least + perk overhaul! Whatever goes!
Seriously nice click bait title. I just had to comment on that
Not to down the mod though, this could be good. I'll have a better look at your changes on the PC (on phone). A lot of these kinds of mods go a bit far or unbalance some things, I like that you have more of a focus on the weapon perks right now, they are key.
yeah I know about the name, I wanted a nice name, the first line of the description does say Some in bold
Hopefully you give it a shot, I am still worken a bit on balance, feed back is helpfull, I did the damage totals based on how ranged weapons felt on my lvl 80 hard difficulty character, were I felt damage stagnated.
I always wondered why the sniper perk doesn't increase scoped weapon range. It seems to me that would be the proficiency gained by a more skilled sniper.
Good news, Sniper Perk, only affects "Scoped" weapons, both Sniper rifles and semi automatics rifles. (at least it should be, that was the intent, if its not, let me know)
thanks for the information. I haven't been able to personally check to make sure all Companion perks are working correctly. They SHOULD be all working fine, but just fyi .
Also, havent check the hack attempts, if you have the Hacking Bobble or Nicks Perks.
i don't understand, you have perks for weapons like automatic, pistols and rifles. that means that if i use this mod with rifle perk and science with a energy weapon i get 15% + 15% damage..
would be far easier to just up the damage on the rifleman perk, but the game is already way too easy, even on survival, so i would think lowering the damage is much more challenging.
Btw how does one explain sudden damage boost? i say if possible to make version where gun perks instead of buffing done damage, they should improve accuarancy, stability ,recoil and reload speed, and if possible would it be to set perks points work like skill points in original fallout series, i m not asking to do INSANE rebuilding of skill trhees, unless required but say you get per level 10 skill points, each star is say 25 skill points and every 5 points the star changes it color from bronze/silver/gold/platinum/---erm you probably can figure it out :3

I lowered the damage numbers of the other ranged damage perks to aid a bit in balancing the damage out.
I dont find the game easy on high difficulty at high lvls (my lvl 80 character) was stagnating in ranged weapon damage personally.
