Hello all! I have discovered the cause of two problems that I have seen several other people have and wanted to share the solutions I have found.
1. Many people have had issues, myself included, with the dialogue not function correctly. The problem I'm referencing is regarding the new voice lines replacing all references to the minutemen with NCR. The cause of the issue for me was that I had flagged the MNO-NCR plugin as a light plugin which broke the voice lines. If you are having the same problem, I recommend that you check to see if you marked the file as light too.
2. The new green NCR paint job available for T-45, T-51, T-60, and X-01 power armors not applying correctly when you select them on the power armor workbench. I have discovered that the cause of this is missing BGSM files. Basically meaning that the file that tells the game to use the new texture instead of the vanilla ones is missing. I have created these files for myself and tested them in game. It is working now for me. I will tweak some of the settings to try to match it close to the images in the screenshot and will upload this a patch on my profile in the event that anyone else needs this fix.
I have uploaded the patch for the power armor paint here for anybody else who was having trouble.
Genius. When I created and pushed out the most recent update I was rather burnt out so I must have missed this as between the .zip versions and my manually dropped into the data folder files it all just worked on my end. I am working on a streamlined-for-consoles version as well as bug-fixing and providing a streamlined mainline version for PC. I appreciate you doing this.
I'm certain my files are likely missing some of the details that you have put in your BGSM file. I started with the Shark one like you had mentioned and simply changed the texture file to point to yours, leaving all the rest as it was. Not sure if you changed anything else or not but it was functional.
I saw that some of early dialogue referencing the minutemen was changed to say the NCR and was voiced but any dialogue I have seen after concord has been unvoiced but the subtitles have changed. Is this a bug or the dialogue hasnt been recorded yet?
This is a bug; the voice files are all changed, it appears as though the loose files may not have fully installed for you. Grab the voice files from the manual download and drag and drop them into your game data folder.
I downloaded the sound files separately and made sure this mod was loaded last in my load order. There are a couple of lines of dialogue that are voiced properly but most continue to be silent and even make the following lines silent as well requiring me to wait long periods of time before I can continue the dialog. I also disabled every mod except this one and its dependencies and had the same issue.
Also I just found a dialogue line by codsworth that remains unedited. He still say minutemen. Its the radiant one where he says it was a good decision and calls you the general.
I've gotten the dialogue to function correctly now. I'm not sure why it's doing so now. I reinstalled again but using the New NCR Pack option and the reinstalled with the Olive option and now it works correctly on both. However, now I'm noticing a different issue. I saw a bug report on it as well about the new Power armor paints not showing correctly. The 'Salvaged' version for the T-45 visually appears correctly but is renames the armor piece Minutemen while the 'NCR' option makes the armor still use its unpainted, rusty appearance.
That probably comes down to the two different plugins between the options that I may have messed up and not fully included all of the options in one of them. I'll take a look at that.
I have returned to this game and I discovered the reason I was having trouble. If I flag the main MNO-NCR file as light, it prevents the new sounds from taking effect. I tested this by marking it light in Vortex and loading in to my save in Tenpines when you arrive for the first time. Speaking to the settler, I told her to settle down and that I was with the NCR and both of us were silent and did not speak. I closed my game and unmarked it as light and loaded back in. This time the dialogue fired off correctly. I tested this again a few times marking it as light and regular and found the same result. I guess marking it as light messed with the formids for the lines or something.
Ah yea this isn't something I had experience with as I don't do this to the plugins I've downloaded, but it makes sense. I suspect it is because it then somehow severs the links to the voice files included.
Its odd to me because this is the first time i have ever experienced a bug that was caused by making it a light plugin. Im wondering if any of my other mods might have some sort of issue from it
The voice lines aren’t working for me unfortunately, even though the dialogue and text says NCR. Used the FOMOD download and tried reinstalling. EDIT: nvm im an idiot, forgot to change the custom ini
The mod works on Preston, Ronnie, and few others but a good deal of Minutemen patrols spawn naked. I use Minutemen Blue, F4NV Ranger and AMR, Patrol Ranger, and Deadpool Service Rifle option.

Yea, I couldnt change any of the robot lines which total just under 10 lines due to the robot voice filter.
