New-New-New 2023 "Version 5". I decided to do it right and remake the FOMOD so all former options are back and all previous bugs squashed. Each installer option are re-designed to be independent of one another and pretty highly compatible. Any mod that edits/overwrites the Minutemen NPCs, Equipment leveled lists or Laser Musket leveled lists will conflict. Will update the description later tonight for a list of links to the various mod options.

All-in-one installer to transform the Minutemen faction into the NCR. (Or alternatively a better equipped version of themselves.)
Options during install to integrate the following mods:
NCR Outfit Pack and/or NCR Patrolman and Trooper Armors
(For the Patrolman and troopers option, NCR or MM logos and a choice between Mojave tan, Minutemen Blue, Olive, Camo or Winter are available)
Service Rifle or Wasteland Melody's Service Rifle
(Equipped to all Minutemen/NCR Troopers as well as giving higher level soldiers Assault/Marksman Carbine options.)
NCR Ranger Veteran Armor or NCR Veteran Ranger - F4NV
(Or select neither and use the NCR Outfit Pack's included Veteran Ranger armor.)
Anti-Material Rifle Mod or Creation Club Version
(Will be used by Veteran Rangers)
FCOMWasteland Imports, and Gunners Vs Minutemen CC integration options
(FCOM only needed for NCR options, Wasteland Imports introduces 1st Recon Snipers and NCR money on troopers.)

Changes the following:
1300 voice files split between 45 voices (including companions and radio stations) edited to say NCR instead of Minutemen
Hundreds of subtitles, quest dialogue, in game notes and terminal entries say NCR instead of Minutemen
Minutemen NPCs renamed "NCR Trooper"
Laser Muskets are replaced with Service Rifles and Submachine Guns
Minutemen & Preston Garvey's outfits replaced with NCR Armor
Custom made NCR General uniform can be found on General McGann in the Castle Armory
Minutemen Flag re-textured and renamed NCR Flag
High level Minutemen NPCs can spawn as Veteran Rangers or Power Armored Heavy Troopers with custom NCR PA textures
Adds NCR Dogtags to all Minutemen

Known issues:
10 "one off" voice lines spoken by robots have not been replaced. The voice AI could not accurately replicate their robotic voice. These are lines spoken by Codsworth, Curie, Sarge and Supervisor White.
Any mods that you have that add Minutemen things will be unaffected by this mod, so those items will still be named "Minutemen".
Any mods that overwrite or inject into the Minutemen NPC or Equipment tables will conflict.
Safe, minor conflicts with Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch. Safe to use both; the conflicts are minor and would result in small conflicts such as one or two dialogue subtitles reverting to saying "Minutemen" or undoing a small fix. I manually scanned every conflict and none are serious. (Things like picking up a very specific note referencing minutemen not making a paper shuffle noise.)

Note, any mods that add Minutemen content that name items "Minutemen" can't be affected by this mod, so they would still show up named "Minutemen".

Load Order Guide

FCOM (Optional)
All Required Mods (Assault Carbine, NCR Veteran Ranger Armor, NCR Patrolman and Trooper Armor)
Faction Plugin ("NCRCamo.esp" for example)
Rangers Plugin ("MercRangers.esp" for example)
Service Rifle Plugin ("MelodyRifle.esp" for example)

But the Minutemen are not the NCR, the NCR can't be this far east!

Kellogg and his cornflakes managed to make his way to the Commonwealth from California, and he was just an NCR citizen, so why not the most organized and well supplied faction in America? The brotherhood made it to the east coast as well. Google maps calls it 41 days by foot, 12 days by bicycle from LA to Boston. If you head-cannon it right, anything is possible!

FAQ

Q: The Minutemen aren't spawning with their new gear!
A: Do a cell reset by sleeping for 7 days inside. To test select a minuteman in the console and type "resurrect". Or start a new game.

Q: The Minutemen aren't spawning with their weapons.
A: You probably have another mod that is overwriting the weapons leveled list. This is true for any aspect of the mod. Put my mod below any other overhaul mods. This mod uses LL_Minutemen_Random, LL_Minutemen_Auto, LL_Minutemen_NonAuto and LL_LaserMusketMarksman. Check those lists for conflicts in FOEdit.

Q: The Minutemen are spawning with more than the Service Rifle / Submachine gun.
A: You most likely have a mod that injects into the LL_Minutemen_NonAuto, LL_Minutemen_Auto or LL_Minutemen_Random. Open up FOEdit, click the leveled list and then click "Referenced By" at the bottom. Look for any mods that reference them. Editing the leveled list injection is as simple as looking in the injection Quest and replacing the LL_Minutemen entries with a different list. DeadPool2099's Service Rifle mod does this and I have overridden the injection in the Service Rifle option. I changed it to a raider leveled list. Only problem is this cant undo injection that has already happened so will require a new game, doing this edit before using the injecting mod for the first time. Save the save and the leveled lists should be returned to vanilla and then properly overwritten by my mod to use the normal, wood furniture Service Rifles.

Q: My companion's armor doesn't change when I install a different camo plugin.
A: Your companion's inventory doesn't change, this is because the way the uniform changes it's camo is by changing the in game armor mod, but your companions' armor needs to be modified manually at an armor bench. This also applies to any settlers you manually equipped with armor. The only exception is if you are changing between with Minutemen Olive and Blue camo variants due to the blue camo utilizing a re-texture instead of an object modification.
