Hello there!

This the second version of my Hearthfire inspired Settlement (Blueprint)

The Settlement is located on Murkwater Construction Site. First you need to scrap everything (console or mod) then move the workbench with "Move that Workbench"  by Necrocytosis (as shown in the video)

It works on my savegame with Transfer Settlements Version 1.3b + patch
