(Broken after latest f4 patch; update ETA late summer) Removed power armor HUD

(NOT TESTED ON THE CURRENT PATCH VERSION; UPDATE OTW)
Got tired of the PA HUD, so i made a quick nif edit.
Added optional version with removed vignette, after request from XricsX.
Unless something comes up, this mod is to be considered final.
*Added optional Xperimental Helmet HUD.
Works well with Rain covers removed HUD (file #2; install my mod last to overwrite needed files)
& P.A.M.S Heavy (file #2; install order not important, due to it being a different fileset(sounds)
(Louder High Landing and PAMS Hydraulic are nice soundsets too)

PA HUD removed

- Installation: Install via NMM/VORTEX (there is no esp as it's a replacer).
- Uninstallation: Uninstall via NMM/VORTEX
- Manual Installation: Unzip my file into the Fallout 4 game-directory, overwriting any files.
- Manual Uninstallation: Delete Data\Meshes\Interface\Objects\PADashDials01.nif & Data\No PA HUD*.txt
