Hope you continue on this. Works great using the SMM version. Kudo's for this excellent mod. SOMEONE out there had a functional bunkbed but I lost it and keep kicking myself for it. Hope you can update this someday.
I believe that the Easy Homebuilder and Working Double Beds mod and Thematic and Practical both have functional bunk beds. Links here: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/17521 https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/16207
Many thanks for the reply. Sorry I didn't answer earlier. Was in Hospital. Easy Hombuilder doesn't have functional top and bottom bunk beds. HZS's awesome mod DOES but his recent update killed the children beds functionality. I'm looking for the mod that put one of them in the Furniture / Beds / Mods section. I thought it was Crimsomrider's Unique Furniture but when I activate that one the game CTD's. Your mod will always be a requirement in any gameplay.
I know this isn't being updated, but maybe a kind soul has an idea what's going on: my settlers don't do their gathering animation when using this mod's planters. The numbers of the settlement change, but that's about it. This of course is merely a cosmetic issue, but if anyone has any idea how to combat this, I'd be grateful.
have a blast of fun right now using this mod again! could it be that the prefap houses don't have any navmesh? no npc can walk inside, only when they 'spawn' at their asigned points inside
This mod is so goddamn amazing, I just wish it had more doorways or windows. Nearly everything it has is perfect for multiple aesthetic tastes, and I've been working on turning Sanctuary into the ultimate new city, damn near full pre-war, but having to use far inferior metal or wood doorways just to be able to get in and out of rooms is downright detestable. I've fallen t using concrete, because at least then, given the extra width, I can actually set two different walls on either edge of the concrete doorways so that inside a given room I can have one kind of wall, but a different kind for outside the room, with the added bonus of having a space in between for conduit, but the doorways... they're just so damned ugly in comparison to what this mod offers. Even with doorway thicknesses identical to the other walls, I would be able to snap them to the surface of the concrete doorways with Place Everywhere, giving the ultimate blend of practicality and aesthetics, but there just aren't any doorways too be had... For the love of my beautiful city, can we please have doorways?
I tried installing the PC version of Function Objects Overhaul - SMM COMPATIBILITY VERSION, and it has overwritten the Structures>Miscellaneous tab in the workshop menu. The good news is that uninstalling the mod is painless and restores the missing tab. I do like the way the mod looks, but I use a lot of bare concrete from structures>miscellaneous>blocks>concrete for foundations and walls. Any ideas on how I can get this mod to play nice?
Yeah, an update would be quite appreciated. Perhaps then the author could upload a few more images as well. As it is right now, you can hardly tell what is in the mod, let alone whether it includes snap points and such. I guess all we can do is track the mod and cross our fingers, huh?
Does anybody know which structure menu category that the sci-fi/industrial looking walls should show up under? At some point, I lost those walls and I'm trying to hunt down which other mod might be conflicting, but I don't know where the walls originally were.

you might mean this mod:
SnapBeds - Usable Bunk Beds - Mix and Match Beds
...it's the best bed mod I know. But be aware it doesn't count as a "clean" bed in survival.
Cheers!

haha! thank you for that.
I kinda feel there won't be a new update anytime soon -- which is a shame because this mod is actually pretty good. pretty great!
