Lore:
The Final Respite Trading Post is the last settlement the Sole Survivor worked on setting up. It's said that His/Her work was cut short several years after the events of Fallout 4 as a last stand was made defending the settlement from an unknown group of raiders. To honor this valiant effort made for the good of the Commonwealth, the trading post has since been partially turned into a memorial of sorts.
Hardened traders willing to venture this far into raider territory have the luxury of not only catching a glimpse of the Sole Survivor's grave but also, His/Her old room as well. Which has since been turned into a museum. Even after the loss of the Sole Survivor, the trading post remains in good hands... The hands of Hancock, a post-war ghoul with a knack for business and the determination to uphold up the same values shared by his departed companion... The Sole Survivor.
(P.S. I know many people plan on using this settlement for a more vanilla style playthrough where the Sole Survivor is still alive. If that's the case please feel free to ignore my lore and change the settlement accordingly to fit your style).
Pre-Download!
Before importing the settlement via the "Transfer Settlements" mod, you may want to remove a few of the vanilla items. I recommend leaving as much as possible, as it always adds to the desired look of the settlement. However, please consider removing everything on the farm plot (fences, plants, barrels, etc)... as well as the flamingos by the entrance and the two mattresses on the floor of the shack. Other than that, everything else should look great with little to no clipping.

Additional Notes:
This town is complete in my eyes, but I've made sure to leave plenty of room down by the beach for those who want to expand upon the town even further.
-You may not need all of the mods listed for example "Busy Settlers", but I suggest starting with them just to make sure the settlement works and does not have any floating items.
-Be sure to reconnect all wires to get the lights working again. There may also be some items from the vanilla settlement that you'll need to clear out, but I recommend saving that for after the import so you can keep as much as possible, such as the fences.
