-Changed stimpak addiction to be -25 DR instead of -20 HP (cure your addiction if you already have it before updating)

-X-Cell now lasts 48 hours, considering you only find like 1-5 of these per character and the effect is fairly mediocre, why not make it at least last a good while?
-Glowing Blood Pack no longer regens health but instead acts as a superior version of Rad-X

-Added a new chem "Relaxing Herb Cigar", +2 Cha, +20% XP gained, -1 Per, -30 AP for 20m, no addiction chance
-Added a new chem "Rushing Water", increases movement speed by 20% and restores 80 AP for 10 seconds, no addiction chance (inspired by new vegas Rushing Water)
^the movement speed buff stops working above 165 speed, default speed is 100 which means with nothing affecting your speed you can drink 3 Rushing Waters before it caps out at +60%, any more than that will do nothing (with Blitz 2 from the Perks module you can drink 2 before it caps out)
-Added a new chem "Slasher", basically Psycho but with stronger DR (inspired by new vegas Slasher)
-Added a new chem "Cat Eye", grants you night vision & +2 Per for 9m, no addiction chance (inspired by new vegas Cat Eye)
-Reduced amount of rads in Vim Pop drinks a bit
-Radscorpion Omelette additionally removes 150 rads
