Like any other Transfer Settlements Mod...

Go to you fallout 4 main folder, and:
Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\TransferSettlements\blueprints\(chose yours)

paste my file there...

in game, use your pipboy to import my settlement! DONE!
