I was having problems with the settlement not showing up on the list when trying to "Move" people to Barge Town. Also, the Provisioner wasn't linking with the other settlements and resources were not being shared.
I uninstalled the mod - launched - saved game without mod from another location - exited game - launched again.
I did this twice and have the similar problems. I went back to where Barge Town was and it still looks like parts of Barge Town are still there. There is a tug and small barge (not the big ones or airplanes) there still. The question I have is if Barge Town built around existing boat/barge or completely over water and that small boat/barge is part of Barge Town?
Great mod, I have this and the oil rig as well as harbor city. for some reason after I Installed the oil rig mod this mod and harbor city no longer show up in the settlement menus so you cant send anyone there. beacon works and when there it otherwise acts just like a regular settlement. any one have any ideas?
When still using this mod, check your pipboy's settlement list for Commonwealth entries (and check if the other two settlements are still there). If there is at least one such entry (but I'll bet there's at least two), save the game far away from the settlement, close the game and uninstall this mod, then reboot the game and check your pipboy's settlement list again.
If now the other two settlements are back, there's something wrong with the Barge Town's map marker.
I'm tracking this for now. I agree with some other comments here. It looks great and really fits in, but... ...it would make more sense if there were at least a couple settlers there already that you could talk to and then somehow become their ally / boss. ...OR you could just make it like another Libertalia area, fill it with raiders and some loot, etc. Kill em all, claim the settlement.
been loving this settlement build haven't moved any npc in yet. question is everything nave meshed have noticed my companions would not go in the open plane wing
