Let's face it: automatic weapons in this game are crap. They have low accuracy, and their weak damage can be easily blocked by more or less advanced armor. This little mod makes automatic weapons a little bit stronger and desirable to own by adding an armor piercing ability to 'Commando' perk. This ability grows with the perk's rank, starting at 5% and ending up with 50% armor penetration chance at perk's rank 5, which means that every second shot will deal it's full damage, completely ignoring target's damage resistance. This mod also increases hip-fire accuracy of the automatic weapons, making them 40% more accurate at rank 5.
