Forgot to pack some TopicInfos into main ba2 archive while building 1.02, which caused doctors in Commonwealth malfunction. Now everything is packed and fixed.

Doctors sometimes didn't cure rads though they took caps for the cure. Fixed.

Have you ever been frustrated by the way in-game doctors treat their patients, chit-chatting them to death? When you approach the doctor, glowing with rads, barely standing on your feet and suffering from variety of addictions, you have to explain each symptom to this dumbass, watching this stupid syringe animation over and over again — doesn't it make you want to smash your monitor with a super sledge? Well, your salvation is finally here! Approach any doctor: Weathers, Cade, Sun, doc in your settlement — you name it, ask them to take a look at you and let specialist do their job — fast and silent. This mod replaces only one string in the dialogue with an english sequence. Everything else will stay untouched, so don't be fooled with russian language in the video - you won't see it in your game (unless you're playing russian localization of course). UPD.: All dialogue lines in the healing request scene with Far Harbor doctors will be in english, because they're handled differently from their Commonwealth equals, and it seems like there is no easy way to make them appear in your localization language. I don't think that three lines of unimportant text is such a big deal, so I've just left it as is. Every line in RU version has been translated manually though.
Docs will take as many caps as they would take for separate healing of the each of conditions, using hardcoded in-game pricelist. For example, if you have less than 40% of health and suffering from chem addiction, they will take 75+35=110 Caps.
