So I'm a huge fan of player homes, and F4 really changes the game in that regard. No more having to hope
there's a nice house without an owner, you can make your own. There just wasn't much variety, like say a
vault. The Vault-Tec DLC is still limited, so I made a little hole in the ground and placed a stock vault
inside, with DLC parts that can be moved, removed, changed or whatever you want. Right now, it's my own
design but feel free to change it, expand, decorate and go crazy. It's a settlement just for you, so have
fun.
The key is at the start, in one of those mobile home things. The entrance is, honestly, a little harder to
find than I thought. It's in the bushes around a new edition to Sanctuary that I won't spoil because it's
kind of massive, like good god I'm not subtle.
Side note, this is actually my first mod. Be gentle.
