If you are reading this, then you are doing it wrong.

Go to Transfer Settlements page and read their very well laid out description on their front page to learn how to use the mod. If you need any help with how to setup this file just ask.

You should find a folder named 1 in this location: Fallout\Data\F4SE\Plugins\TransferSettlements\blueprints\1

If it is not there and you aren't using MO2, you installed it wrong. Put the folder in that location and rename it to whatever 1-10 slot you want for TS. If you are using MO2, just go to your Transfer Settlement install file, right click, select Open in Explorer and you will see the F4SE folder right there.
