Some quick retextures of various things from Simply Modular Housing

I'll keep this description relatively short, since what this mod does is relatively simple.

First, make sure you have Simply Modular Housing installed. (http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/15108/?)
This only retextures parts from that mod, so this alone won't do anything.

To install, just double click with NMM and overwrite all from SMH, or just drag and drop into your data folder and overwrite. Couldn't be simpler.

This started out as a personal mod to make my houses have a more clean and modern feel to them, but the textures came out quite nicely, so I decided to share.

Not everything is retextured yet, and some things that I've already done I'll end up going back and tweaking later.
There WILL be more updates adding retextures for more items. Probably not all of them, as I'm quite happy with some original ones.

If you're looking at it and thinking "Well those textures look too clean, they're not lore friendly!". If you can build a generator and computer from scraps, you can build clean looking drywall. I refuse to believe that the Sole Survivor would be able to construct brand new houses for settlers across the wasteland, and didn't know basic carpentry.

There ARE a couple known bugs. Namely, because many textures share the same Normal maps, and I haven't retextured all the textures in some sets all at once, some of the original SMH normal maps will look strange. There is nothing I can do about this short of modifying the plugin, but this is a retexture mod. Just wait for me to put out later versions with more textures, and those glitches will go away.

The next, and probably more annoying thing, is that the names of the items don't match what the items are. For example, the beige drywall is under the category wallpaper, and it says it's blue. This is because I made completely unrelated textures, so didn't even try to make the names be accurate. Again, not much I can do about this without editing the plugin, and once again, I won't be doing that.

Hope you enjoy! If you have any comments or suggestions, I'd love to hear.
