Hey, Just thought that I would let you know that this mod plus your other Sanctuary rebuild/lights mods look great with the mods called Paint That House(http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/6176/?), Patch Job(http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1934/?) and Repaired Sanctuary Roofs (http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/6825/?) Your work is great and surprisingly, those mods recognize that your houses are there and apply themselves. I'm very pleased!! :-)
Thank you! I loved your mods and always used them for my playthroughs. Shortly after I commented, a friend said that I should try my hand at modding, so I did. I have about 30 files on the Nexus right now. The majority of them are settlement mods.
Having some CTD issues in Sanctuary due to this clashing with another mod I have installed (I THINK)
Would this be safe to remove mid game ? Of course I know this isn't recommended, but I don't think this mod contains anything major that would cause further issues down the line.
Also the FPS drop due to broken Pre-combs isn't great, Any recommendations or advice would be appreciated.
Shame because this mod is fantastic for my OCD....
This works fine but all of my npc pathing breaks. I end up with settlers just standing around. If I enter workshop mode and command settlers to go to different areas around Sanctuary I hear the click noise that indicates I am telling a settler to path to an area without access. It seems like about 30% of Sanctuary is now inaccessible with this mod installed. I have the same issues with mods that clean up all of the trash from Sanctuary too.
I never really notice a problem until I try to start filling up the settlement. As soon as you build a structure in an inaccessible area that is when you notice settlers start to act weird. They will try and reach the activators in that area and can not so they stand around the settlement 24/7 like mannequins. Scrap All mod will also cause this if you scrap any of the towns defining features like the roads or ugly teal buildings.
Am I the only one noticing this or possibly the only one who realized what is causing the frozen settler bug? Or maybe I have another mod interacting somehow that is not easily identified...
So, I've been going through my over 300 mods one at a time.... been a day... but...I found this does work. What I did:
I installed the mod... loaded the game, didn't change anything. Made a new save and exited. Re-installed the mod, loaded the game and bingo... worked. It didn't remove any of the larger piles of dirt... but it cleaned up the roads a lot of all the trash etc.
I was struggling too and it didnt seem like it was working. I use vortex and changed the group for this mod to "late fixes" and then hit sort. this fixed it for me :). nice mod.
Is this mod currently working for anyone please let me know as im trying to find a mod to fix the roads in sanctuary i do have this mod installed and it seems to be doing nothing which is probably a result of the required mods being banned
it may be because you have other mods colliding at least that was my case it seems you can make the river around sanctuary deeper and have non cracked roads at the same time which is pretty unfortunate
this mod must load after The Sanctuary Bridge this creates some clipping/misalignment issues though near the bridge
if this mod loads first the ground will come up trough the road at points and far bellow the road at others causing you to wade through concrete. Either way experience is 0/10 would not mix these 2 again. 10/10 though good job
I recommend using Another Sanctuary Bridge instead. It's little worse on the navmesh and collisions but the lack of terrain edits make it very compatible with this
This mod does not show in my Load Order anywhere. Nor does it show in my Data files. I've installed, deleted and re-installed. Nothing seems to make it appear anywhere.
I have the same issue, even dropping it manually into the data files, it just does not show anywhere in game. Does not even show up in my plug-in list (despite showing it's activated) so I can't try to adjust load order.
Hi there, I'm having a problem with this mod and about 12 other roads mods I've tried. Nothing seems to overwrite the current roads. Whatever mod i use will not change it? I don't know what it could be? Its literally infuriating, could you offer any insight as to a solution. I'm on vortex...
Hi, I dont know if you managed to fix it, but the most common problem with a mod just not being there is load order. Try it at the bottom of your load order.

And btw: I merged Lateralis popular mod "Repaired Roofs" and my mod Sanctuary - Rebuild Modern Residences into one file. Check it out !
