Warwick Homestead - Reborn

Featuring a massive, semi-lore friendly structure that utilizes the original foundation of Warwick Homestead that acts an enormous hi-tech industrial powerhouse. This settlement gives you the flexibility to create its purpose to the commonwealth; is it a BOS stronghold, a secret Institute outpost, an Enclave rising? You decide. All interiors are empty except for the barracks, office and weapons/armory shop.

Highly Recommended Mods:
- "Warwick Homestead Fix": Repairs catwalk over tanks in back.
- "Warwick Homestead - corrected and slightly expanded": Slightly increases play area of settlement boarders.
Settlement Notes:
1.) This is an exterior build only, there is no interior content except for the 3 rooms listed above.
2.) This settlement was built using a mod to extend its borders, and I still managed to build quite a bit outside of those. To place walls and furniture outside these boarders you must first place them in boarder, then pick up and place in desired location. Or find a mod that does that for you.
3.) Please be sure to read the highly recommended mods above.
4.) The back of this settlement is lacking detail. This is because, it is technically outside the build limit and a real pain to build. I also do not care for it as it serves no purpose and hidden from view anyway.
5.) Settlers may have trouble navigating settlement. This is because I used roof pieces in the courtyard and at different heights. You may also find stair cases place in "inaccessible" locations for settlers to maneuver.
