Ok friends im gonna cut to the chase cause im hungry a.f. because i forgot to eat lunch (again).
My latest "victim" of my evil plan to overhaul the commontwealth is..... NORDHAGEN !!!
Yes i took another P.O.S. settlement and gave it a meaning for existing...
Its now a VERY secure settlement and more...
It now has a little harbor ,plant life and a new expanded area .
I made it an island surrounded by a moat to separate it from the road and only access is a submerged bridge that you raise to let the good guys in.... (its really cool tbh... :P )
You have a gen/water purifier and several jobs and assignable guard posts .. (look for the little black mats) .
I wont say anymore cause it would spoil exploring it...

As all ways...SAVE AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION AND THEN LOAD THE MOD OR IT WILL CAUSE ISSUES>
It was tested and works 100% as far as settlement issues are concerned .
The build area is quite big and extends into the water where possible...so if you want to build
then expand the pier etc...and build on it..
As all ways ive done minimal decorating .
The 2 stores you will find have assignable counters and the gunshop even has its own workbenches and the counter is connected to a container with stock in it..
If you enjoy it.... well you know...
