This is a handy little script I wrote to allow easy disabling and enabling of specific sounds in Fallout 4 some might consider annoying.
If you want a specific sound (or group of sounds) added, let me know!

Supported sounds:
- XP Gain (v1.0+)
- Location Discovered (v1.0+)
- Quest Sounds (v1.0+)
- Level Up (v1.0+)
- General UI Sounds (v1.0+)
- Perk Menu Sounds (v1.2+)
- Idiot Savant Laughter (v1.2+)
- Nerd Rage Yell (v1.2+)
- Perk Triggers (v1.3+)
- Generators (v1.3+)
- Power Armour Part Warnings (v1.3+)
- Power Armour Energy Warnings (v1.3+)
- Workbench Hammering Sound (v1.4+) (Generic metal hammering sounds; all other instances of NPCs hammering on metal will be muted, too)
- Workbench Sewing Machine (v1.4+)
- Workbench Drill (v1.4+)
- Scrapping Items Sound (v1.4+)

Installation:
1) Extract archive contents anywhere
2) Execute SuperMuter.bat
3) Make your selection(s)
5) Enjoy!

Uninstallation:
1) Revert your selection(s) in SuperMuter
2) Delete the Super Muter folder
