Doubt it. That mod is ancient. You probably want This instead.

Is there any way you could add attachments to make it look like the AW-01 from RE7? I've worked it out somewhat using the brick suppressor and the chrome frame, along with the laser sight attachment from the M9 mod, but it'd be amazing if there was a separate attachment, that special rail that goes under the gun with the laser sight as shown on the AW-01.

One of these days I want to remake this mod now that I actually know how to model a bit, and that's one of the things I want to include, along with mod parts for the other STARS members' versions. It's just one of those things that's on my back burner that I hope to get to eventually.

You forget especially against living things. That is enhanced damage against human, rad roaches, mole rats, bugs, dogs, mirelurks, deathclaws and maybe gen 3 synths, Since Ghouls and super mutants are somewhat undead.

The "especially against living things" line refers to the acid grenade rounds he gives you in that scene. I only used the "It's really powerful" line in the mod description because (A) It's used on the unlock screen for the infinite ammo Samurai Edge in the Gamecube version, and (B) I really like the line because it's stupid and hilarious. Of course it's effective against living things. It's a weapon.

Also on another note, the Samurai Edge is just a lightly modified pistol. It really shouldn't have any special properties at all, I just thought it would be kinda boring if it didn't have a cool legendary effect.

Can you make Albert Wesker version with laser attachtment, and modify body part? Sliding ray is a little bit different than Original Kendo version. The best model is resident evil 5
And Barry version with barrel mod? Barry version use 45 ammo with longer clip with recoil reduce nose mod and semi auto fire rate ;) you can check it on resident evil 1 hd remaster
I am a huge fan of resident evil ;) thanks

It makes sense for the gun to have extra dmg to ghouls and mutants for many reasons.
Most of it stand from being a pistol with infinite ammo and it is very effective against zombies and MR. X (The Tyrant).

Where is it invisible? On the ground? In your hands? Have you tried:

Dropping it and picking it up again.
      Restarting the game.
Redownloading and reinstalling the mod to ensure all files are there and aren't corrupted.
Taking it to a mod bench and adding a suppressor or something to try and update the model.
Loading an earlier save from before you entered the police station.

I have, but that model would still be missing the brigadier slide and extended grips. So there's not really any point in redoing the mod unless I have a perfectly accurate model.

That used to happen to me when I was using up too much VRAM. The cubemaps would glitch out and stop working. Try backing off on your texture mods if you have a lot installed.

Do you use the wetness shader fix mod? It should not be the cause, but I'm curious.
Do you use a mod that is ment to change Codsworth's "outer skin layers" to have less
of a metallic reflective look or alter the look or color? Also, any mods that affect armors
as far as changes to their metallic-reflective look?

You mean make a duplicate? Kinda? I think the easiest way would be to spawn in an M9 and all the Samurai Edge parts for it and attach them. You wouldn't be able to attach it's Legendary effect without a mod that lets you treat Legendary effects as weapon mods though.

      https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/4042

This one has the most endorsements but there are plenty of derivatives for you to chose from.

You might be able to trigger the quest that spawns it to run a second time, but I wouldn't recommend it. I don't know if that would even work or have any adverse effects.
