Hope these help a few people to try out Fallout 4 in Stereoscopic 3D. The Read Me files included have plenty of information in them to get you started.

Here is a link to the No Transparency Power Armor HUD you might need (Transparent Dials mod is also there as an optional download): http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/3106/?

Here is a link to another useful tool for getting rid of the PA HUD by manually switching the entire UI on and off: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/10898/?

Also, uploaded a few screenshots created with TriDef rather than just those created with SuperDepth3D and also some in other 3D formats in case you want to see some and your display doesn't support Top/Bottom. (So there are now some Side by Side, Anaglyph (Red/Green), etc.) In theory you should be able to do Anaglyph on any display with a cheap set of Red/Green glasses, but I can't imagine it would look all that great. Still, maybe worth a try if you are interested.

I have updated the ReShade INI to reflect recent changes to SuperDepth3D. It also includes a different sharpening technique. The "old" version still includes the TriDef profile etc.

EDIT: Lots of interesting stuff going on converting older games to VR too: https://www.tridef.com/user-guide/vr

I game on a 3D enabled tv, and yet looking into the possibility of using that aspect for gaming never occurred to me. I will definitely be making use of the links you provided. Thank you!

can you make it so we can play the game in stereoscopic 3d? I would have to cross my eyes to see it properly, But that would be so cool...

You have to use a 3D compatible display. Although, at least two of these methods (SuperDepth 3D and TriDef IIRC) support red/green glasses on traditional displays. I've never seen that in action, but worth a try I suppose.

NVIDIA Control Panel also has the ability to turn on stereoscopic mode, and you have to use 3D glasses (red/blue style) to then view it. Haven't done it in ages, but it was pretty awesome. Found this page, looking to try it out in FO4.
