I'm thinking this bug comes from a conflict with Transfer Settlements - I only just installed that mod and it appeared, but hjave been using this mod for years without issue.
It's rather unfortunate that the "Power Armor HUD: No Command" shows up on my screen. From reading below, it appears to be a conflict with Transfer Settlements.
I feel like these two mods are essential in most players' load orders, so having to choose between one or the other makes me sad.
mod is perfect besides the fact it says "Power armor HUD: no command" at the top of the screen whenever im in power armor and I don't know what that means or how to get rid of it and this mod page doesn't explain it. It seems like nobody else has this issue or everybody has been able to fix it themselves.
Using this mod, I changed the colours in BethINI but the compass colour stays unchanged? Using FallUI too, anyone know how to change the colour of the compass too? Kinda sucks if the HP, AP & marker colours are changed but the compass is still yellow.
For those getting the Power Armor HUD: No Command bug, this is a conflict with Transfer Settlements. Here's how to fix it.
1. Open Mod Organizer and right click on Transfer Settlements. 2. Go to Information. 3. Go to the File Tree (the very right tab). 4. Right click on Interface. 5. Select Hide.
The downside is that you won't get the custom progress bars from Transfer Settlements. It's a small price to pay to have the two mods work together.
please be more specific. Define "Mod Organizer" Inside fallout or outside does it need to be downloaded? If so where to get it. What is it actually called?
I'm using mod MCM and I do not have these options, maybe it was changed. But I have scowered every setting available for TS in MCM I cant find an option to hide interface
Long description: 1. Exit Fallout 4 if you are still playing. 2. (Temporarily) deinstall/remove - not just deactivate - the mod Transfer Settlements - Shareable Settlement Blueprints. 3. Download the mod Transfer Settlements - Shareable Settlement Blueprints again from Nexus using the Manual Download option and remember where you put it on your hard disk. For me the file is called: Transfer Settlements v1.93-22442-1-93-1575550689.rar 4. Using your 7z or UnRar tool unpack the contents of this file into a new folder while preserving the folder structure from the archive. For me I do this by right clicking on the file in the Windows File Explorer and then by choosing: 7-Zip > Extract to "Transfer Settlements v1.93-22442-1-93-1575550689\" 5. Open the new folder called Transfer Settlements v1.93-22442-1-93-1575550689 that you have just created and then go further down into subfolder interface. 6. Delete the only file in this folder. It is called TS_ProgressBar.swf. 7. Go back up one folder level, mark all files and folders on this level, right click on any of the marked files and create a new 7z or rar archive named: Transfer Settlements (ProgressBar removed) v1.93-22442-1-93-1575550689.rar 8. Make sure you have preserved the folder structure by opening the new archive. It should have exactly the same folder structure as the original mod archive that you downloaded from Nexus under point (3). 9. Now install this file as your new Transfer Settlements mod with your favourite mod manager. 10. Run the game. Test it and hopefully ... have fun ;-)
The downside is that you will no longer have a progress bar in Transfer Settlements during import or export. But Transfer Settlements still works nicely. And since you get a dialogue message when it has finished importing or exporting you should be fine.
Just want to answer this for anyone else who wonders in the future: it works perfectly fine with FallUI, custom elements from presets will remain except for the compass.

It's a shame, because the interface is great.
