If the crosshair is disabled, you cannot see hp, ap, and ammo wearing power armor. (They do show up again in vats.) I tried all sorts of things while troubleshooting until I vaguely recalled having this exact issue years ago where the solution was to hide the crosshair via ihud.
So, considering I made sure that no other mods or loose files were interfering (although I couldn't get rid of the creation club content that activates itself automatically), is this a bug or is it an insurmountable limitation like how the compass in power armor is practically hard-coded onto your chin?
The latest update is not compatible with Old-Gen, due (I think) to the archives being packed with the next-gen format. If the mod isn't working for you and you're not on NG, downgrade this mod.
Thank you bro. I was scratching my head trying to figure out why this wasn't working, I was playing around with the load order I should have thought to download the old file lol.
Ah that sucks. I found what I was looking for but unfortunatly had to move on from this one No shaded Power Armor hud at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com) This works for exactly what I wanted but had to use this in conjunction with another that removes the plated hud. Tried to use the No shaded and PAHUD but it seems to overwrite PAHUD no matter if the NSPA is loaded beforrre or after
Hey, anyone here knows how to fix a little conflict with FallUI - HUD where the health bar from FallUI is showing instead of the vanilla PA health bar?
This mod removes the PA health dial and the action point dial and replaces them with the HUD elements. So in theory if you are using a HUD replacer, those will show up instead. Is there something wrong with the ones in FallUI?
Is there a way to hide compass and fusion core count as well in power armor, unless you are sprinting or weapon is drawn? Because it doesn't respect the normal settings for compass in ihud, and there is no option to hide fusion cores. Never mind, saw your video from 7 years ago, guess nothing has changed and it's still impossible to do.
Those elements are actually completely sperate from the HUD. There's actually part of a model that is stuck in front of the players face rather than part of the HUD itself. There are no equivalents in the HUD itself, so I had to leave those more or less as is.
I'm thinking this bug comes from a conflict with Transfer Settlements - I only just installed that mod and it appeared, but hjave been using this mod for years without issue.
It's rather unfortunate that the "Power Armor HUD: No Command" shows up on my screen. From reading below, it appears to be a conflict with Transfer Settlements.
I feel like these two mods are essential in most players' load orders, so having to choose between one or the other makes me sad.

Still, love this mod tho. Thanks Gopher!
It's a shame, because the interface is great.
