   Does this make it easier to select bugs in VATS? What i mean is, whenever i use VATS, its always a struggle for me to select the particular body part i want, because all the boxes are so close together and they move around a lot. Does this mod change that, or just how likely you are to hit them when you do select them?

   This only affects VATS?
   
   (What's VATS? lol. I don't use it. I can't even remember what key I remapped it to. Not bragging about my superior gun fu - I use Bullet Time.)

      It changes the hit chances, which by logical sense any and all calculations in the game would use to determine success rates etc etc.
      
      Bethesda made this game, so I can easily imagine, and am fairly certain, they aren't used for anything else whatsoever.

      They (Augh3d) has a point. Changing tactics is good, but making the enemies a reasonable target is better
      So thanks for the mod.

   Very good mod for those with wooden pc and low fps, or joystick users which can barely aim and rely on vats.

      Hadn't actually considered such conditions, just the numbers seemed idiotic. Good points though yeah.

   Considering how BethSoft wanted us to rely less on VATS in this game by making it more up front action-y they sure did fail miserably when dogs, bugs and ghouls are so damn annoyingly fast and hard to hit outside of VATS. Well hell even at times in VATS. This should help with the bugs at least.
