Disclaimer: This mod only provides you a way to edit followers and doesn't cause the issues noted in Known Issues section. Changing followers appearances in game has some issues and those are caused by the game, not the mod. As such, always make a backup save before editing followers faces.
Author's note: This is something I've made months ago and decided to share it now. Please, don't expect much support of this, it's unlikely this will receive more updates, but as is, it just works.
Allows the player to edit followers faces and body by pressing R on follower under the following circumstances:
Install or Uninstall using Nexus Mod Manager or Mod Organizer 2. Manual install is not recommended.
Compatibility:
Compatible with everything except mods that adds additional functions to followers like R) Do stuff.
Known Issues:

- Follower is following player
- Follower is human race
- Player is in first person camera
- Player is not in combat
- Player is not sneaking
- Player has weapon holstered
- Player stands near follower

Known Issues:
- Follower is non-collidable with player after changing face -- this fixes itself after a restart game or quick load.
- Follower has distorted face after changing face shape -- vanilla issue, happens even without mod and using console command; try not to change too much.
- Eyes are distorted after changing eye color -- vanilla issue, go to Eye Types and press Back, should fix it.
- Curie appearances are glitchy -- no idea what's up with this, but for now don't try to edit her.
