Love your work, but I am having some technical difficulties with this mod. I originally downloaded your 2.0 version and had the whole island appear and disappear on me depending on the angle I'm facing in game. I uninstalled and installed the 1.5 version and it worked perfectly fine. Then tried the 2.0 version again but the same problem as before happened again.
I'm not too tech-savy. The only thing I've done to try and remedy the situation was change the load order my mod-manager but it didn't seem to work.
I tested version 1.5 and version 2.0 separately. Save the test cleanly.
My test results are the same.

No, I didn't disabled precombines, and see so many people's comments, and I actually tested, Version 2.0 apparently has bugs. This is not urgent, you can consider updating when you have free time, version 1.5 is currently available, and version 1.5 is normal.

It's so ugly it takes away from the beauty of the place. This is where I can place my favorite houses, such as Thoreaus Cabin.
And, "College square clean and redone" https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/20615 I don’t know if you will restart it, I like this location very much. And I have another suggestion, can all the respawn points of wild ghouls be in the College square's subway station. Do not respawn in the College square.

Finally found out it was this mod that made a big chunk in the world go invisible and all glitchy. I noticed it first at abernathy farm. Im not sure what its conflicting with. I disabled most of my mods especially big ones that would seems more likely to conflict yet it wouldnt fix until i uninstalled this. Maybe conflict with ENB, idk. Anyway its a cool mod, i remember playing it without issues a few years ago.
I just wanted to report that when I installed this mod, trees for a certain distance kept disappearing and reappearing as I looked around. Also, Walden Pond had floating items and no walls/floors, etc.
I kept walking into invisible objects between this outpost, Walden Pond and the farm (think it's called Sunshine?). Uninstalling the mod fixed it immediately. At the Sunshine farm, where I had a settlement built from Sim Settlements Conqueror, the invisible walls and floating items also fixed themselves after uninstalling this mod.
As far as I know, Sim Settlements is the only thing I had in that load order that edited that area. Walden Pond was not modded. I have since removed your mod, much as I like the concept and will have to play with out it, even though I've moved on to Sim Settlements 2. To be clear: I did NOT try your mod without Sim Settlements, so this may require a few minutes of testing, but I'm already on a new load order and don't want to make a new one :) . old question but ... Location mods should never be ESL's... simply because load order is crucial when dealing with conflicts and ESLs dont have that flexibility...
Ever since the time that I installed this one. I haven't been able to loot, or otherwise, interact with cadavers. Aside from a simple grab and drag. I, regrettably, have been unable to figure why this has occurred. Neither, have I found any means of resolution. Would somebody please, Spare me an act of kindness, and please explain to me this one? Has anyone else had this one occur in past time?
Hello, i am in love with this base. Sadly, while i can build in it, i cant send any settlers there. It just does not show in the menu, and oddly enough, shops in the settlement are not working. Can anyone help me?

Are you using any type of previs repair mods ?

BTW...if you look at the description In RED it says you cant use it with my Sunshine mod...This obviously applies to other mods as well...
