Seems I'm having the same issue as the past couple comments. I've double-checked that everything is in the correct place. When I run the .bat, creation kit opens up. The lower bar gives the messages "Initializing Archive" and "Initializing FaceGen" before creation kit closes and sends me back to the command window, which says "Press any key to continue." No lip files created. If anyone comes up with a solution, I'd appreciate the help.
EDIT: Replaced creationkit32.exe with the patched .exe from the creation kit esm version check patch (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/42397) and everything is working great. Thank you so much for this tool!!
I don't know if anyone is still seeing this, but If you get a “Press any key to continue” message and it doesn't proceed, try placing the target ESP or its master ESP in the Data folder (directly, not through virtualization such as MO2, etc.). At least in my case, that worked, so just an FYI.
After generation, there are no .lip files anywhere. I've patched the CK version, added exclusions, tried in the Data folder and in MO2 folder, made sure the .wav files are 44100hz, 16bit, and mono...nothing seems to work. Running 1.10.163
If anybody has issues with Creation Kit 32 crashing immediately, I figured out why I was having this issue.
My problem was that I added master files to my mod that CK32 could not access. This is because the masters were installed via MO2 whereas the mod I'm working on was installed via the Fallout 4 Data folder itself. I was able to make the LipGen work simply by removing and cleaning the masters.
