What a wonderful mod, yet I've a small issue. All the turrets in the game have no ammo. The only mod I can think of, in admittedly a 300 long modlist, that affects turrets is this one. Unfortunately I haven't the foggiest how to use xEdit to check turret inventory, but perhaps you might have an idea if your mod could possibly cause this? I've found similar issues googling, but there is very scant information on cause or solution, if any. Any aid from anyone would be greatly appreciated.
Hello there, been using this mod for a few years and love how simple and well it works.
Will this mod work with weapon mods that use the same calibers this mod uses? As in, will the mod weapons have bullet drop and realistic velocity as long as they use the vanilla ammunition?
I really like this mod but I wish there was some way to be able to hit grenades in the air better during VATS. With the vanilla projectile, its instantaneous and so the bullets will hit the grenade no matter where it is in the air. But with realistic bullets, the projectile needs to travel to the target which causes the character to when shooting a grenade in the air.
The "Lite" version of Realistic Bullets should work fine with Munitions. But I'll consider a patch for full version in the future. I have been thinking about making a Remaster or Redux version of this mod. If I do I'll make a Munitions compatibility patch, as I am considering using Munitions for my next playthrough.
Thanks for the quick reply and letting me know. Also, would this mod conflict with any mods that change how the damage works (is applied), such as True Damage?
That is very exciting! I wanted some bullet drop mod that was compatible with Munitions, so I hope this patch is made soon. Love your work, both on XBOX and PC :)
So, Rather then a simple patch I am making an entirely new Ballistics Overhaul mod specifically made to work with Munitions and with Brand new custom tracer assets. There will also be a "lite" version that can work without Munitions.
Hope to have it out within a week. It is mostly done, just some polishing touch ups needed and setting up the different options in the Fomod installer. There will also be a True Damage patch for it, as I am now using True Damage in my Load order.
