Turns the hands (and the hands only) on the default power armor frame black. Transparent .png files available that you can use as a guide if you want to edit the hands on your own power armor frame skin.
After hours of debugging and digging and testing, I've finally managed to isolate the power armor's hand textures and thus only change them on the frame instead of having to change the whole frame. Have you seen the frame texture? Believe me, it's confusing as all Hell, I guarantee there are at least 30 things in it that aren't even used on the frame.
Anyway, I made this because I loved how industrial the default power armor frame looked, but I hated those ugly looking colors on the hands, especially with some paint jobs.
