Would it be possible for having one done for Vault 88? x.x I dislike building from scratch.

I could of sworn someone already did that, but I plan doing it once I get idea of the layout. Honestly though it might take even longer than all the other settlements combined.

Are you using the Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch? If so, what is your bUseCombinedObjects set to? Are you using any other mods that add/modify buildings near Concord?

Can you make a standalone version for hangman's?

Making it from scratch again would be a pain, I wonder if I can copy from one .esp file to another on the creation kit? :0
I'll see what I can do.

There is a mod called, "Cell Ripper." I have an idea on how you could use it. You could start a new game with Easy Settlements then save it. Start another new game with Easy Settlements disabled, then use the Cell Ripper to rip Hangman's Alley on a new save. It's not available on Nexus anymore; (Because modders keep being overly sensitive about their material...) But, I believe this is it:

I'm not completely sure that my plan could work, but it's worth a try. Hope it works out.

      Cheers

Can i expect a performance loss with this mod? Ive read some comment somewhere that every mod with the bUseCombinedObjects=0 line tanks performance, so i avoided them all. Sadly, i absolutely hate the buggy building mechanic in this game, but i like to have settlements, so this mod would be a godsend for me. Cheers.

I don't see a fps drop when I use my mod, but then again my computer is probably better than most: 16gb ddr4 memory, quad core 4ghz, 4gb gtx 970. I clean lots of clutter in this mod (inside of the sanctuary houses is an easy to see example) so it might actually improve performance.
I'm trying to see how can I make this mod not depend on the command change also.

OK, ive tried it and i too dont see any FPS drop(i5 4460, 8GB DDR3 and GTX 1060 6GB), but running around in sanctuary i think ive seen some minimal stuttering when panning the camera, or maybe its just my eyes playing tricks, or maybe its normal even with vanilla when you build up your settlement with stuff since the game has to load it all and i still use a normal HDD so maybe its because of this. 1 thing tho - ive seen some strange flickering, especially some shadows and trees, also trees popping up out from nowhere and then when i look in different direction or get closer etc they disappear again - i guess its because i use Commonwealth Conifers Redux that changes the trees, and i guess you changed trees locations thats why it is wonky? And what does bUseCombinedObjects=0 actually do? I also tried it without the command and didnt see any difference?

I've been told by some modders that the bUseCombinedObjects=0 is the command to use when adding/removing objects that block line of sight (such as buildings but not thin items like wires or small bushes). It should have fixed the disappearing/reappearing objects. I'll regenerate the visibility in the settlements again and see if that'll help.
I cleaned up lots of items that are in the settlements, that does include lots of trees. Try putting that esp after mine and see if that makes any difference.

Yeah i moved the esp on the top of the load order, no change. You could try to install Connifers Redux and check it out, its very noticeable running from sanctuary to the red rocket. Theres a fallen tree just before the bridge that disappears when you get close to it, and distant trees disappear and reappear also

I'm 90% sure I know how to make it so the bUseCombinedOjbects=0 command is no longer needed. But there's still the problem with compatibility with addons like the one you use. I should be able to make a patch for it later.

Edit: Nevermind, that just made things worse lol. I'll ask on the forums for more help.

So yes the problem was with Connifers Redux mod, since it changes models of stumps, branches etc into normal trees, everything was just messed up when using your mod Now only using grasslands mod, everything looks fine. Tho if you somehow could make the mod work without the ini command it would be great, ive seen a bit more CPU usage with it, so im worried that in downtown boston where CPU usage is so high that i drop to 45-50fps, with this ill drop even more :/ Ill check out today how it plays, since im about to start a new game.
